The No. 11 Stanford men's golf team was unable to overtake No. 2 Southern California Sunday, but went 11-under-par collectively in the final round to hold on to second place out of 17 teams at the U.S. Intercollegiate Invitational. The Cardinal shot a one-over-par total of 840 strokes in three rounds of play.
